About Dr. Pattni
My story begins in East Africa, where curiosity led me from a successful career in pharmaceuticals to something deeper. I kept asking myself: What really makes life meaningful?
This question took me to Oxford, where I earned my PHD exploring the intersection of psychology and spirituality. However, real education came from life itself.
Really driving taught me lessons no classroom could. After surviving three near-death experiences, including one where I was clinically dead and revived, I understood something profound: Facing our mortality teaches us how to truly live.
These experiences made me grateful and mindful. I realised how precious every moment of conscious experience really is.
Over the years, I’ve had the honors of serving my community through interfaith work, earning recognition, including an OBE, and even dining with the Queen. I’ve taught at Oxford and founded organisations dedicated to bringing people together.
But here’s what matters most: the quiet moments in therapy when someone realizes they’re not alone with their struggles.
Through thirteen years of meditation practice, I’ve cultivated something essential for this work: the ability to be fully present. When you’re with me, you have my complete attention. No judgment, no agenda except helping you find your way forward.
I believe every person carries wisdom within them. Sometimes we just need a safe space and gentle guidance to rediscover it.
